   1. Support hours include:

      1. Frontend updates (Modifying content & design assets)

      2. Backend support and troubleshooting

      3. Database troubleshooting

      4. Optimizing page speed and/or mobile responsiveness issues

Development requests & website edits (up to 1 hour per month)

• Additional requests billed at $95.00 per hour with prior approval.
• Support retainer includes email support only. Any calls will be billed at $95.00 per hour with prior approval.
